> Cinnamon Services AG runs Cinnamon for banks, wealth managers and asset managers: as software as a service, as business process outsourcing with daily reconciliation, and with the Cinnamon Cloud for third parties.

Cinnamon Services AG (Zurich, UID CHE-175.815.417) is a wholly owned subsidiary of bmpi AG.
It runs Cinnamon, the investment platform bmpi AG develops exclusively in Switzerland,
for banks, wealth managers and asset managers, in three ways:

- **Cinnamon SaaS**: Cinnamon Core and Cinnamon Reporting as a service. We run the platform,
  the bank interfaces and the production runs; the client's team works in Cinnamon.
- **Cinnamon BPO**: business process outsourcing on Cinnamon. We book the transactions,
  reconcile every position with the custodian daily, keep master and price data, prepare
  closings in securities accounting, consolidate, and produce the reports.
- **Cinnamon Cloud**: the environment Cinnamon runs in, on Microsoft Azure in the Switzerland
  North region, built for material outsourcing by Swiss banks to FINMA rules, also offered to software vendors, fintechs and specialised
  service providers that serve Swiss banks. Not a hosting provider for core banking systems.
